DETOUR is a free collection of small interactive experiences made for fun. By using detourplay.com you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
1. It's a toy
Everything here is entertainment. Money, prices, houses, horses, stocks and casinos in the games are fictional. Nothing on DETOUR is financial, legal, medical or real-estate advice, and no real money is ever bet, won or lost.
2. Accounts are optional
You can play without signing up. If you create an account, keep your login safe and don't impersonate anyone. You can stop using DETOUR at any time.
3. Play fair
Don't try to break, overload, scrape or cheat the site, its rankings or its voting. We may remove scores, votes or accounts that abuse the system.
4. What we store
We save game results, scores, votes and anonymous usage stats to run rankings and improve the site. Without an account, progress is tied to your browser. We don't sell your data.
5. Content and credits
The DETOUR name, design, text and artwork belong to DETOUR and Bezerra Visuals. Sharing your results with the share buttons is welcome. Product names in games are used only for parody and comparison.
6. No guarantees
DETOUR is provided as is. Games may change, break or disappear, and we're not liable for any loss from using the site, to the extent the law allows.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept it.
